KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform food preparation tasks and clean and maintain the premises
- Make sure you comply with the rules regarding hygiene, safety and quality.
- Dessert development and presentation
- Purchasing and inventory of all bakery preparation products and supplies
- Stock the bakery with products and supplies as required
- Leave bakery area clean and organized at all times
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as a baker
- Experience working in a restaurant
- Experience working as a team
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
