• Manage inventory and ensure the proper storage of ingredients, as well as maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and baking areas.
• Proven experience as a baker, with strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work early hours, with attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
