Job Description

• Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency
• Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce high-quality products
• Decorate and finish baked goods as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering baking supplies
• Experiment with new recipes and flavors (if required)
• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
