Brødrene Berbusmel are the two brothers Ola and Lars — a baker and a chef. Together with a team of skilled colleagues, we run an artisanal bakery, café, catering service, and delicatessen at Bodø Torg. Our focus is on craftsmanship and quality ingredients. We believe that bread made with only a few ingredients — flour, grain, water, yeast, and sourdough — gives the best baked goods.
