Job Description
Albert Bartlett is seeking a Hygiene Operative on the backshift at our Boston site. You will carry out hygiene duties across the packhouse and production areas, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 18:00–02:15, with a backshift premium included. Salary is £12.79 per hour plus 50p backshift premium. Ideal candidates have cleaning or hygiene experience in food manufacturing and a detail‑oriented, team‑minded approach.
