Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Python developers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Design end-to-end Python applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security. Define technical strategies, coding standards, and development best practices for the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver features as per roadmap. Oversee code reviews, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate effort, and manage project execution using Agile methodologies.
