Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one functional module of the system or service.
- Accountable for the design and quality of the service owned as the SME.
- Maintain a say/do ratio greater than 95% in execution.
- Conduct code reviews and act as the quality gatekeeper for the SME domain.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure enforcement of code reviews and adequate test coverage.
- Guarantee that no regressions occur in the modules under ownership.
- Participate in interview panels and contribute to organizational growth.
