- Work closely with newly hired caregivers from offer acceptance to orientation day, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Provide virtual support with onboarding documents and required uploads.
- Monitor onboarding status and conduct consistent follow‐ups to ensure caregivers remain eligible for orientation.
