Overview
ClimateTech Start-up | London Bridge | 4 days onsite. Tired of being just another engineer? Here’s your chance to be the third backend hire at a fast-growing ClimateTech start-up making a real dent in global carbon emissions. This role focuses on building a scalable backend and shaping the product in a late-seed stage environment.

Responsibilities
- Solve hard technical challenges – from scaling data platforms to automating complex workflows
- Design systems end-to-end – not just code, but shaping the entire solution
- Work in a late-seed stage start-up – shipping fast, making decisions that matter, and helping shape the product
