B2C Systems & Quality Control Analyst

As B2C Systems & Quality Control Analyst, you will support systems testing, quality assurance, and process validation activities to ensure effective delivery of frontline, back‑office, regulatory, and financial requirements in the Bill‑to‑Cash domain.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze requirements for testing and quality control based on business scenarios supporting Bill‑to‑Cash process improvements.
- Test systems and integrations based on expected functionalities and business cases.
- Provide quality control of system process outputs.
- Facilitate change and functional requests specifically for systems testing and quality control.
- Apply functional expertise for system use and basic administration/configuration.
- Troubleshoot issues and errors within the system.
