Job Description

Key Deliverables: Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services across new and existing B2B accounts. Drive new account acquisition and expand wallet share in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel with clearly defined stages of maturity. Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to plan proactive market interventions. Ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions as per client expectations. Role Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end relationship lifecycle. Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, growth, and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize business outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions to refine sales strategies.
