Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.
  • Introduce company products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activities within the
  • CRM.
  • Follow call scripts while adapting conversations naturally based on prospect responses.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Research prospective companies and identify appropriate contacts.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals, including:
