**What you'll be doing day to day**
* Develop new business opportunities by building long lasting relationships with companies, professionals and public organisations, making IKEA their preferred partner for furnishing solutions.
* Lead and develop a team of consultants and designers, supporting business and private customers in creating complete furnishing solutions.
* Identify market opportunities, generate new business and turn customer needs into commercial projects that create value for both customers and IKEA.
* Build trust with customers throughout the entire journey, from the first contact to the delivery of the project, creating long term partnerships.
**What you'll need to have**
* Experience in business development, B2B sales or account management, with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
