Business Analyst/Consultant IV Java & React
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and follow up with potential customers through outbound outreach
- Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales process
- Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and follow-up conversations with prospects
- Support existing clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams
- Own customer success activities, including onboarding, adoption, regular check-ins, and relationship management
- Ensure customers are getting value from the platform and help reduce churn
- Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
