The B2B Account Manager/ Customer Success Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with B2B customers, supporting onboarding, driving product adoption, and improving retention. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives and receive ongoing value from our products or services.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer relationships:

  • Build strong relationships with assigned B2B customers
