Job Description
Drive with GLS Canada as an AZ Linehaul Driver at our Ottawa terminal. Enjoy a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:00pm.
We're seeking skilled drivers to transport goods efficiently within designated timelines. Your role will involve performing vehicle inspections and completing necessary reports. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and delivery standards while managing extended shifts of 10-12 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive safely and adhere to traffic regulations
• Deliver goods promptly according to schedules
• Conduct vehicle inspections before departures
• Complete inspection reports and report any defects
Requirements:
• Valid AZ license is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience
• Strong driving record and physical capability
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully
