Responsibilities

Preparation of garnishes and mise en place; maintenance of bar cleanliness including glassware and surfaces; inventory and ice replenishment; direct support to the bartender during service; cocktail preparation.

Work Schedule

42 hours per week, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, 8-hour daily shifts assigned weekly. Hours: 10:00‑18:00, 14:00‑22:00, 16:00‑01:00.

• Transportation allowance up to the metro station Los Héroes until 01:00 Hrs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar
• Residence in nearby communes
