Shape the future of cloud solutions as the Senior Manager of ProServe Cloud Architecture at AWS. Lead a talented team in enhancing technical excellence and business performance.
You will guide the North American PCA organization, reporting to the NAMER ProServe Leader, focusing on pre-sales strategies and team leadership. A key aspect of your role includes developing future cloud leaders while driving overall performance and customer satisfaction across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all PCA Managers and oversee Cloud Architects
• Drive execution of regional pre-sales strategies
• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence and development
• Champion relationship-building with C-level partnerships
• Monitor performance metrics: bookings and engagement margin
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of influencing C-level executives
• Strong people management and team leadership experience
