The Role

The Drum is seeking a Jury Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of jury recruitment mainly across two major global awards programmes taking place in November; The Drum Awards Festival and The Drum B2B Awards.

This is a fast-paced, fixed-term support role focused on helping recruit and coordinate senior marketing and media professionals across a variety of disciplines and regions. 

Working closely with the Judging & Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will help: 

research suitable senior marketers and industry professionals 

send and manage outreach 

track confirmations and responses 

maintain and update databases 

support panel completion 

help keep recruitment moving at pace during busy delivery periods.
