Overview
We have a great opportunity to join our Global R&D function as a leader of a team of five actuaries and analysts. You will be leading the development of biometric assumptions for a range of different global reinsurance markets and influencing key stakeholders to maximize the value of assumption knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver biometric assumptions across Longevity and Protection markets in Europe and North America.
- Lead a high‑performing team – manage, coach, and scale capabilities to meet growing volume of assumptions.
- Provide technical direction, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of assumption solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with R&D teams across multiple geographies, and with Savings & Retirement, Protection, Corporate Actuarial, Operations, Risk, and other biometric teams.
