We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an AVP, Lending Services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure day to day processing is achieved within SLAs and KPIs
- Initiate continuous improvements across all key areas of operations management, people, processes and systems
- Build, maintain then enhance the operations culture/operational excellence of the department
- Deliver high standard of customer service delivery
- Ensure that feedbacks, complaints and enquiries from internal customers are promptly handled
