Job Description
To support, enhance, and maintain Takaful application systems by providing reliable development and application support services, ensuring system stability, regulatory compliance, and effective support of business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide application development, enhancement, and production support for Takaful satellite (non-core) systems. This involves ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these systems.
- Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines. Timely resolution of issues is essential to maintain system reliability and meet service expectations.
- Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This ensures that all developed or enhanced applications meet quality standards and function as intended.
