Job Description
Lead transformative data initiatives as the AVP of Data & AI Governance at BDC. Focus on strategic data asset management, AI risk oversight, and building a data-savvy culture.
As a pivotal leader reporting to the Chief Data & AI Officer, you will drive the organizationās governance strategies. You will collaborate with HR, Compliance, and IT teams to maximize data assets and mitigate risks. Your role includes leading programs in Data Stewardship, Data Quality Management, and overseeing cross-functional governance priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and align enterprise Data & AI strategy
ā¢ Lead a high-performance Data Governance team
ā¢ Establish a multi-level data governance committee
ā¢ Build programs to empower Data Stewards and Guardians
ā¢ Report on the value generated through Data Governance
Requirements:
