Job Description
Responsibilities
Independently review and assess diverse credit applications submitted by Business Units, providing objective and thorough evaluations. Prepare clear, concise executive summaries for submission to approval authorities, highlighting key credit risks and recommendations. Collaborate with senior credit officers to develop a deep understanding of legal documentation and proactively review term sheets and credit agreements. Support incumbent credit officers and senior management in credit evaluation, underwriting, and portfolio management activities. Develop and implement action plans to address credits showing signs of deterioration. Coordinate with Business units and ensure accurate recording and maintenance of deal details and credit monitoring data in internal system.
