Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage diverse civil and commercial litigation files and provide support to partners on complex cases.
- Meet clients to receive and analyze documentation, set objectives, and develop case strategy.
- Advise clients legally throughout the litigation process.
- Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, settlement conferences, and other related forums.
- Conduct witness interrogations and assist clients when they are questioned.
- Prepare for trial and draft legal documents of all types.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree and in good standing with the Quebec Bar.
- 4 to 7 years of litigation experience.
