Our OMLP program is designed to fast-track the development of entry-level talent, coaching them into capable leaders who can tackle the challenges in our Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions at Avio Aero.
We offer a permanent contract for this role.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
OMLP is a 2-year development program consisting of:
+ Three 8-months rotational assignments that allow members to have hands-on leadership experience and build supply chain technical & management skills across Avio Aero’s plants in Italy
+ Global trainingsto become proficient in lean operations & supply chain management
+ Leadership & Personal Development coursework to develop leadership skills and build connections with GE Aerospace Development Pr...
