Aviation Workshop Tutor
Bedfordshire
Salary up to £49,696
Full-time permanent position, based on-site.
Responsibilities
You'll be delivering hands‑on training and assessment across areas including:
- Hand fitting
- Riveting and aircraft fasteners
- Sheet metal work
- Structural repairs
- Engineering drawings
- Safe workshop practice and tool usage
Qualifications and Experience
- Aerospace or aviation engineering industry experience
- Strong practical workshop and hand skills
- Experience using engineering hand tools and carrying out precision work
- Assessor's Award (A1/D32/D33/TAQA) – essential
- Passion for supporting and developing learners
