Location: Watertown, MA
Overview
We are seeking acustomer-focused AV Onsite Technician to provide white-glove audiovisual support within a technology campus environment.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, ensuring conference rooms, meeting spaces, and AV technologies are fully
functional and supported. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive service mindset, and experience supporting enterprise AV
systems.
Responsibilities
+ Provide onsite AV support for tenants and end users across conference rooms, meeting spaces, and collaboration environments.
+ Assist with meeting planning, room setup, testing, and meeting kickoffs.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on AV equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
