Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation and Configuration – install, configure, and test AV equipment such as Samsung Smart TVs, Promethean and HIKVISION interactive boards, LED screens, audio systems, conferencing systems, Clickshare, and Zoom; set up and configure meeting room management systems; implement cable management and racking solutions for audio and amp systems.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting – perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of AV equipment; diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly; replace faulty components and parts as required; ensure optimal performance and reliability of all AV equipment.
- Software Support – provide technical support for AV software applications including Meetio App, Zoom, and meeting room management system software; manage and support software licenses.
