Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the U.S. Sales Team.
  • Prepare, review, and submit contracts through digital platforms.
  • Verify that all documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission.
  • Track the status of sales and confirm successful closings.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely contract processing.
  • Update sales reports and tracking systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a sales team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
