Job Description
Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the U.S. Sales Team. Prepare, review, and submit contracts through digital platforms. Verify that all documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission. Track the status of sales and confirm successful closings. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely contract processing. Update sales reports and tracking systems. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
