Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Auto Hobby Shop, Beale AFB, CA. This role is for Regular Full-Time employment, offering benefits and ensuring a minimum of 35 hours of work weekly, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per weekFrequent standing, bending, stooping, crawling, and working under vehicles and working in tight spaces. Frequently lifts, handles, and carries parts and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, repair, test, and/or overhaul major components on motor vehicles. Provides instruction to patrons, as requested or as deemed appropriate, and on a regular and recurring basis, performs such duties as: troubleshooting; rebuilding and repairing automotive engines, major assemblies, and components.
