We are looking for a Automotive Administrator to join our client’s automotive team based in Long Bennington. This role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies.


The Role:


The successful candidate will play a key role within the efficient running of the vehicle logistics team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:

  • Track and monitor the progress of vehicles through the tech centre

  • Identify delays or issues and escalate them promptly

  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records

  • Assist in prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and targets

  • Support efficient workflow and minimise downtime

  • Communicate with relevant mangers and provide updates
