We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to lead our testing team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, a strong technical background, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of testers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group of 10 automation engineers from both regression and performance tracks
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, frameworks, and standards across software development projects.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
