We're seeking an experienced professional who brings proven QA expertise and a continuous improvement mindset to help us enhance our testing capabilities and reduce delivery lead times. Main Responsibilities Perform non-regression testing on upcoming application releases to ensure quality and stability Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium-based testing framework Collaborate with development and operations teams for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution Contribute to the test automation chapter, sharing knowledge and best practices across the department Reduce non-regression test lead times and increase test coverage through automation initiatives Monitor and execute scheduled test jobs (daily, weekly, monthly) Maintain and improve existing testing workflows, processes, and frameworks Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders
