- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications - Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing from user perspective across Salesforce modules - Prepare test data and prioritize testing activities based on requirements - Execute test cases and log defects with proper severity and priority - Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes - Analyze requirements and participate in backlog refinement sessions - Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and testing controls - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand deliverables and testing scope - Support incident and problem management processes with ITIL knowledge - Continuously improve testing processes and ensure high-quality delivery
