Automation Technician/Engineer – days & nights

Full time Drafters, Engineering Technicians, and Mapping Technicians

Working in fascinating, critical environment you will replace conveyor motors in a complex environment and perform adaptions to the PLC code and test and commission the new motor and conveyor.

Skills and Experience:

• A current NSW Electrical Licence is essential.
• Proven experience in industrial electrical installation and commissioning.
• Decent Siemens/TIA Portal
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Unrestricted Australian Work Rights is essential.
• Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation and Control is desirable but not essential.

NB. You will be required to work consistently on 2 weeks of nightshift, 1 weeks of dayshift rotation. Naturally, you will be compensated for the shift pattern.
