This position is for an ATG/IAS/OPS/GVS Automation Technician, Electronics. Working alone or in small teams, this individual will perform installation, testing and maintenance functions supporting Automated Fuel Handling Equipment, Automatic Tank Gauging Systems, Independent Alarm Systems, Overfill Protection Systems, and Ground Verification Systems at Department of Defense installations in Manchester, WA.
The Technician ensures proper operation of fuels accounting, alarm monitoring and controls, and leak detection equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install electronic components and electrical systems using hand tools and testing instruments, and keeps organized, detailed records of work performed.
Responsible for coordinating travel to customer site, maintaining on-hand components and assigned safety equipment, and supplying basic hand tools & testing equipment, as well as thorough communication with dispatchers, your manager, and in...
