Description
Responsible for the configuration, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of automated production equipment. This role supports production goals by minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred (Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar). 2+ years of experience with automated or industrial equipment preferred. Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, and control systems required. Robotics experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills required. Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints required. Knowledge of IPC 620, wire processing, USCAR, and IATF is preferred.
