Job Description
Automation Project Lead Pay Range:
- $30–$39+ per hour, based on experience Location: Lanco Integrated At Lanco, the machines you build don't sit in a warehouse - they run on production floors inside some of the world's most demanding manufacturing facilities, assembling the devices and components that end up in operating rooms, vehicles, and defense systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role:
- you'll own the assembly, debug, and commissioning of complex automated systems, then travel to customer sites to install and run them off.
- Travel is real but purposeful with a handful of significant trips per year; not a life lived out of a suitcase.
- We’re looking for an Automation Project Lead who combines mechanical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performance automated systems.
