Job Description
HTI is seeking an Automation Manufacturing Engineer for a global automotive manufacturer in Morristown, TN. This hands-on engineering role is focused on supporting highly automated assembly equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvements across the manufacturing floor. You'll work closely with maintenance, production, and quality teams to maximize equipment uptime, improve productivity, and support new equipment and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. The pay range is $80,000 - $100,000/yr depending on experience.
