What you'll do
Install & commission
Deploy medication dispensing robots at pharmacy sites — hardware, software, and everything in between — leaving every site confident and fully operational.
Diagnose and resolve
Troubleshoot faults across mechanical, electrical, and software systems — remotely and on‑site — with calm efficiency and lasting solutions, not quick fixes.
Train & build confidence
Deliver hands‑on training to pharmacy teams, translating complex technical concepts into plain language that genuinely sticks.
Be the trusted face on‑site
Proactive in communication, sharp in follow‑through, and genuinely invested in your customers' success — you're the relationship they rely on.
Travel nationally
Cover routine maintenance, urgent call‑outs, upgrades, and installations (approx. 5–7 days/month), with occasional international trips for supplier factory trai...
