Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Electrical Engineering, the Automation Engineering Designer will be responsible for the development of automation solutions for assembly and component manufacturing. Working with our manufacturing engineering team and operations stakeholders, you will be responsible for the implementation, verification, and deployment of automation solutions. The position is onsite supporting our manufacturing operation. In this position, the incumbent will be an integral member of the Engineering team whose responsibility is to create innovative automation systems to produce repeatable compliant sub‑assemblies and components. The individual will handle deployments from design through to release to production, including safety certifications, operational and maintenance documentation. A key aspect will be documenting and providing the return on investment and operational improvements achieved. What You Will Do
