Position Overview
Responsibilities
+ Become an equipment and product expert in designated departments.
+ Support mechanical/electrical technicians and process engineers when advanced problem solving is needed.
+ Partner with departmental production teams to identify and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvement ideas.
+ Support and drive Plant/Departmental goals.
+ Mentor, evaluate, and develop plant technical resources.
+ Design and manage the implementation of capital projects. May not only include the controls portion of the project but the electrical power, and mechanical portion as well.
+ Maintain and enforce corporate electrical standards and code requirements. - Assist with local oversight and long-term ownership of corporately managed projects.
