We seek a passionate and independent technician to handle electronic, IT, and mechanical equipment. You will diagnose malfunctions and provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. This position also includes participating in a 24/7 on-call program and occasional regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service calls and perform on-site diagnostics
• Install, repair, and optimize client equipment
• Provide remote tech support through various communication channels
• Train clients on equipment usage and systems
• Document interventions and follow up on technical files
