β’ Prioritize and ensure compliance with service standards

β’ Relay unresolved issues to the appropriate senior personnel
β’ Validate and report product defects accurately
Requirements:
β’ Relevant bachelorβs degree or equivalent
β’ 2+ years of experience in BIM
