1. Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB/CI concepts, P1/P2 incident handling, and SLA management.
2. Hands‑on experience in installation, configuration, and upgrades of CAD, CAE, and engineering applications.
3. Expertise in Autodesk, Bentley, and Bluebeam license administration including allocation, installation, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
