The AutoCAD Drafter creates precise 2D door drawings and supporting documentation based on approved quotes from the estimating department. This role focuses on drafting custom, high-end wooden doors in AutoCAD LT, selecting correct materials, and supporting bill of materials (BOM) processes within the engineering department. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid AutoCAD skills, and effective collaboration with engineering, estimating, and production teams.
Responsibilities
+ Translate approved quotes from the estimating department into detailed 2D door drawings using AutoCAD LT.
+ Draft accurate and complete door designs, including dimensions, configurations, and hardware details, in alignment with project specifications.
