The Automotive Technician Trainee is an entry-level role within Belle Tire's Auto Tech Development Program, designed to develop the next generation of Certified Automotive Technicians. This structured, hands-on development program pairs trainees with an experienced Auto Tech Mentor to build technical skills, gain real-world shop experience, and progress into a fully qualified Automotive Technician role within 6 months.

This role is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an automotive technology program who are looking to accelerate their career in the automotive industry. Trainees will gain exposure to a wide range of vehicle systems while working ina fast-paced retail environment whereyou'llwork on real customer vehicles and build skills that translate directly to your career.
