The Auto Team Lead is responsible for accurately handling business calls and questions about auto insurance documentation and processing. Responsibilities include tracking, reporting, maintaining daily service standards, leading team members, and owning higher‑level tasks.

Day in the Life

• Mentor and support employees within the Auto Team and management.
• Champion communication of goals, vision, and procedures developed by leadership.
• Oversee Auto team goals in the absence of on‑site management, ensuring daily service commitments are met.
• Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, and communicate with management in a timely manner.
• Participate in or complete special projects such as training, system/process enhancements, or service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and employees to meet quality service standards.
